Maddie Was Exceptional!

From the outset, dealing with Maddie from Richardson & Wrench Coolum was a pleasure. As an interstate buyer, I was limited by distance and for time. On speaking with Maddie and outlining my plight, she was very accommodating with inspection requests and questions of the vendor. Maddie is extremely professional, highly accountable and ethical in all that she does. Given the intricacies of the REIQ Property Contract system, Maddie was adept at knowing what to include in the contract of sale to match our, very different, interstate sale process. We’ve just settled into our new home and wish to thank Maddie and Mark for all their Herculean efforts & patience during settlement!
