I approached Mark via email, for some advice on getting my property ready for sale. At the time, I was living overseas and within a couple of days, Mark sent me a detailed inspection report. A couple of months later, I was back on the coast, working my way through the suggested improvements when I got a text from Mark to see if I was ready for a couple of potential buyers to have a quick look ... fast forward to 5 weeks later, and without a hitch, my property was sold " as is".
