My experience with Mark was as smooth as silk. He understood both mine and the vendors requirements and negotiated a mutually beneficial agreement between us. He worked late into Saturday night to prepare the contract of sale for me and to ensure I understood everything and was able to sign it confidently. He then met with the vendor on Sunday morning and closed the the sale. As I am moving from interstate he was able to advise me and recommend a conveyancer and insurance broker. Should I ever sell this property, and I have no plans to do so, I will be giving it back to Mark to sell.
