Their informal and written communications have been prompt, regular and insightful - second to none. Due to very fluid economic conditions with Covid, we had a five week campaign with constant “on demand” viewings but during this Phoebe and Marion were so respectful of my family’s needs; no request was ever too much, no surface was left without Glen 20, no potential purchaser left without a follow-up call. With their support and professionalism there was never a time when I felt stressed and was extremely pleased that they were able to achieve a result well above my expectation. Having now sold three properties in two years using three different agencies, I can confidently say that my experience with Richardson and Wrench has been exceptional and I would recommend Marion and Phoebe without reservation. Veronika Turnbull has sold successfully a few apartments of mine in the past. The last apartment she has sold turned out a rather difficult task, as the size of the studio was below 37sqm. Unfortunately the banks have a lot of restrictions on lending with apartments who are located within big blocks and are below 40sqm. Veronika has managed to sell my apartment well, despite all the issues with the bank and while Covid was active in NSW. She is wonderful to work with, with regular updates straight after each opening. I can only recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent who has amazing negotiation skills and the patience to walk the extra mile if needed.
