By a very long way you surpassed my expectations
Dear Marion, Congratulations on how successfully R & W ran the auction last night and more particularly thank you very much for the manner in which you and the team ran this campaign. It was an exceptional result attributable to all the hard work put in to make that happen and also your ability and competence. The manner in which you organised to present the property and the actual presentation could not have been any better. Your recommendations as to renovations and repairs required in advance to maximise the potential of the property all proved to be the best advice possible and really demonstrated the depth of your understanding of the area and the nature of our potential buyers. I was astonished at how well you had the property prepared and presented. That aspect was very important Marion but not nearly as significant as your effort and professionalism in marketing the property and matching the right style of buyers with the property. You are so well in touch with potential buyers and with property movements in the area it all looked easy but I know how hard you worked to make that happen which ensured the success of the campaign. I am extremely grateful to you and the team at R&W. A really great result from a true professional
Marion was great- she let me have a look at the property I was interested In buying quite a few times and from my dealings with her as a purchaser, I felt that she was the right person to assist in selling my apartment when the time came. Professional, reliable and trustworthy
James and his team ticked all the boxes. We wanted to go to auction knowing everything that could be done to realise the best price had been done and no stones had been left unturned. James assisted us with practical and cost effective presentation / staging recommendations. The photography, copyrighting and online marketing was spot on. James was regularly on the phone to us after each inspection with updates and feedback from prospective buyers and emails backing this up.
