Two weeks later he called me with exactly the apartment i had described; my wife and i immediately went to see it and in about two weeks we will settle on the purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had in a transparent manner. He even rescheduled his morning on short notice so that I could have a private viewing of the property. My wife and I live in Melbourne, so began the sale process with no ideas at all about which agent to use. So I briefly interviewed a few agents, and quickly chose the one I felt most comfortable communicating with. This worked very well, and Angelo remained very easy to deal with all through the whole sales process. I appreciated his prompt responses, his advice and suggestions, and the handyman he suggested we use to smarten up our flat was top class. Some of Angelo’s juniors were a bit hesitant, and did not seem to understand what good management required, but this only affected minor matters. We ended up totally pleased with the selling experience.
