The sale of my property was difficult. A high end renovation in a smaller apartment meant that my buyer market was extremely niche. Although the apartment is immaculate with outstanding views, higher interest rates in a slumped market meant that Angelo had to work hard to find the appropriate buyer. His understanding of the market and large number of contacts meant that there were many prospective buyers presented. Angelo was in constant communication and always gave me plenty notice whenever an inspection was necessary. He would give me market analysis on trends and confidence that I would get there in the end. His team were exceptional, punctual and polite. I am glad I chose him to sell my property and would definitely recommend him and his agency to sell a property and a fair and reasonable price.
