Angelo was more than helpful in showing me this apartment and giving me the run-down, both positive and negative. He was also of great assistance in solving the issue of getting approval for my dogs, which would have been a deal-breaker for me had he not known who to talk to for assistance. We had some very helpful conversations about pricing and his market knowledge was extensive. He was also very helpful in preparing the necessary documents for the auction, as I was bidding through a third party.

Approx 5 years ago I approached Angelo regarding my apartment. We had spoken on many occasions over the years re the market.
