The great thing with Angelo is I always felt like things were under control. I can trust him & it does feel like no stone is left unturned. I was not the easiest of clients! However, Angelo was incredibly patient, especially as I initially pushed against the process. I did not want an extensive marketing campaign and hated the idea of a home open. When the sale process took longer than expected to achieve the price, Angelo was always upbeat and never once tried to convince me to take a lower offer. I recently bought a property through Angelo. The local knowledge and professionalism for which he has become known was evident through the entire experience. As a mark of his proactivity for his vendor clients, he worked over the entire weekend to exchange contracts on the Sunday following my inspection late on the previous Friday.
