My motivation for writing this review is because, I believe that anyone thinking of selling their property can benefit from meeting Angelo Bouras, who I describe as a true real estate professional, who is honest, sincere, and caring. I first met Angelo in 2017 when I was looking to sell my apartment in the Potts Point area. He was referred to me by someone who described Angelo as the best agent in the area; very soon, I discovered that he was not only a true professional but someone that was trustworthy, caring, and someone that could well represent my interests. On this occasion, Angelo achieved a record price for my apartment in a record time. However, his job did not finish there, he kept me informed during the entire process, from contract exchange to settlement. In July 2022, once again, I asked Angelo to sell another apartment I had in the same area. In view of the current real estate market, I was certain that no other agent could deliver the result I wanted, and despite the challenges, once again, Angelo was able to achieve a remarkable result; throughout the process, I felt that Angelo was looking after my interests. The team working with Jason Boon did an extraordinarily good job in selling my apartment, especially considering that the market exhibited some difficulties at the time. Throughout the process, Geoff Cox kept a steady and extremely knowledgeable hand on all procedures, while Joss Reid did much of the direct work of buyer liaison, with extremely focused and diligent attention. Work from the administrative team was superb in support, and all of the sub-contractors (photography, and so on) were marvellous. Every single aspect of the entire undertaking was exemplary: great communication and focused diligence, along with extraordinary awareness of the market. In all, a top-class agent. There are many reasons why I have rated them 'five-star'.
