I really felt Angelo worked very hard for the best result for us as vendors. At all times he was professional and he had an excellent knowledge of the local area. His communication skills were great, keeping us informed at all times of what was going on. He and his team worked with us to make our property look at its best, giving us advice on optimum times for viewings and how to style the property. At times, it seemed like things weren't all going our way and he'd pivot and be always thinking of ways to engage with buyers and 'change it up'. He and his team also built a great relationship with the tenant, making it a less stressful experience, especially when it came to Open House viewings. Our experience was a very pleasant one at what can be a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Angelo and the team at Richardson & Wrench to anybody considering selling their property.

Angelo is someone who is very passionate with his job. I knew he was the right guy especially after selling my first investment property. He never wasted my time with any offers he knew I would not be contented with. He always said that he values all properties he sells and always protects the value. He protected my value. Based on recent sales of new off the plan apartments, I was prepared to wait for the right time. I was patient and so was Angelo. It is not always about selling and moving on with him. We bought a property listed with Angelo in Darlinghurst. Have had negative experiences with the typical eastern suburbs sales agents in the past, but we found Angelo to be upfront with us about vendor expectations, communicative and not 'high pressure'. It was a long negotiation and settlement process and he worked hard to keep us in the loop at every stage and get a good outcome. He was also really helpful with providing lots of info and managing communication during settlement. Positive experience for us as buyers and would recommend.
