I have sold and bought (twice) in the Inner West, and met many agents. Most are good people doing good work. Some have displayed particular duplicity, and I would only attend their open houses grudgingly, or not at all. Aris is the opposite. An agent whose opens I would preference over others because of his honesty, his advice, he's a good chat ...and because he puts out toys for the kids. His are the only open homes my kids would visit with no complaint (true story!)
