Aris and his team were fantastic!
We have purchased, sold and let a number of properties through R&W over the last 20 years. Aris’s depth of knowledge about the Inner West comes from a genuine commitment to the area and the community, and a passion for matching people with properties. NO HARD SELL, 100% open & honest.
Aris was very open and honest - none of the hard sell I'd experienced from real estate agents in the past. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the purchasing process, keeping me informed at every stage. Tina is the Agent who goes above and beyond for her clients
Tina is the Agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. We had 'the worst house on the best street' problem and she had a list of reliable tradies and services who did a mountain of work to make the property marketable. We cannot thank-Tina and her team enough for organising everything. We had many laughs, but underneath it all was a very high level of professionalism. Being interstate vendors we never met in person, but we highly recommend Tina. + Sale price was above all expectations.

Best agent in the Inner West!
I engaged Aris Dendrinos from Richardson and Wrench to sell my 2-bedroom unit in Dulwich Hill. I’d had tenants renting the unit for years so it was in need of a little TLC to get it ready for sale. From day one Aris was super helpful - helping me arrange quotes for a handyman and professional styling service. Every aspect of the marketing campaign was done well - from the ads online to the open inspections. Aris gave me excellent advice all along the way and I honestly believe he was instrumental in achieving a great outcome for me. On top of that he’s a super nice guy and very easy to deal with. Aris made everything easy and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re selling in the inner west, do yourself a favour and look Aris up, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
