After owning our unit for 33 years and our long-term tenants decided that they were moving on, we decided that it was also time for us to sell. It was an easy decision to choose Richardson and Wrench, Hurlstone Park as our sales agent as Richardson and Wrench had been our managing agent for over 15 years without issue.
