I think Aris is an exceptional real estate agent, not only does he have an incredible depth of knowledge, he is a great listener and communicator - clear and articulate and he always did what he said he would. He explained the market was transitioning and recommended a sales strategy accordingly. He knows every trick in the book when it comes to sales negotiation and you can tell he loves what he does. He is the sort of guy you want on your side because you know he has your back and he will fight for you.
