Aris is a no nonsense agent. From the outset as a buyer Aris was upfront on every aspect of the transaction from seller motivation and intentions, to where the value range was with comparison sales, and interest from other parties. Aris understood my brief and showed me a property that fit the bill and was within budget. We purchased a week later without any of the games that can often accompany a Sydney purchase. We had a really good experience buying through Joesph. He was upfront and transparent from the start, even pointing out things like the broken shower head before we made our offer.
