I was dreading the prospect of clearing and selling my mother’s unit on my own after 2 years of procrastination, but Geoff smoothed the way. He set the milestones, gave excellent advice on what needed to be done to achieve the most cost-effective result, liaised with the tradies (who also did an excellent job), and even rolled up his sleeves to assist where he could. It was a level of support I would never have expected. At all times, he was cheerful and encouraging. He never raised my expectations unrealistically and in the end – thanks to Geoff's excellent guidance – the result was spectacular and swift. I could not be happier with the result. Recently had the pleasure of working with Geoff to secure the apartment I so dearly wanted to buy. He is a consumate professional and I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise demonstrated throughout the pre-purchase buyer journey. Geoff provided me with the essential information to prepare me for a successful purchase at auction. And took the time to explain and take me through the process, including selling the property I am currently in. The 'cherry on the cake' was the surprise 'Mumm Champagne' magnum Geoff presented me with after placing the 'SOLD' sticker on the 'For Sale" sign shortly after the auction...such a surreal, wonderful experience and outcome! As per the title of his book, Geoff did indeed take me on the 'JOURNEY TO SOLD'! Am very much looking forward to continuing that 'voyage' now that we shift our focus from buying to selling my current property.
