My sisters and I needed to sell our mother’s townhouse in the Manors at Mosman. The villa needed quite a lot of work before it was listed for sale. As none of us was in a position to arrange the required work, Kirsty arranged it. Her tradespeople did a great job, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Once the work was completed Kirsty both contacted potential purchasers on her books and as well as arrangi for some very effective advertising. She kept us in the loop the whole time and the villa was sold quickly and for an excellent price.
