Brad was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable of the complex where the property was situated and made the purchase process very simple. Brad is very professional and a great communicator. Brad even assisted with recommending contacts (on site management personnel, conveyancers, building inspection professionals, trades people etc) as we are not local this was extremely helpful. Brad sold our holiday unit, off market, after 1 viewing had a great contract above asking thanks to his negotiation skills unfortunately it fell through due to the buyer not Brad at all. Brad quickly had us another contract within a week. Very impressed how fast it all happened, screened buyers to not waste our time or his, communicated well through out the whole process, presents and knows the market well.
