RWNS were very easy to deal with and took the extra step to ensure that the property I was after, I got. Nothing seems to be too much of an issue. Given the lockdowns, isolation etc RWNS were still able to accommodate my needs as I was one of the few who needed to move during this time. A water leak caused great problems with the ongoing rental of our unit. Richardson & Wrench property management assisted with the management of the tenant and liasing with the strata manager. The result is that the problem was resolved and costs were kept to a minimum.
