Like to thank Ms Sam Boecker of the R&W team for being very efficient in transitioning from a leaving tenant to a new one. Albeit, some renovations were required prior to advertising, but I think Sam certainly helped moved the process along as quickly as possible. She showed excellent customer service (both the tenant & landlord) when she dropped by personally to inspect a tenant's complaint & actually fix the minor issue. Good work Sam.
