Our faith in Phil that we had developed over a number of years meant that we had the confidence to allow him complete autonomy to prepare our property for sale. As interstate vendors this was just so important. That said, if it was to be a local sale for us, Phil would still have been chosen as our agent! Feedback was ongoing and thoughtful, often out of hours. Questions were always answered. Phil has the contacts to get things done. The stylist he chose did a great job.
