Phil was the Agent for a property that my wife and I were interested in
While I appreciate that the Agent acts in the best interests of the vendor we felt that Phil was realistic, honest and genuinely trying to match vendor and purchaser. There was no pressure and he was willing and supportive in helping us evaluate the property and our needs. He organised after hours inspections for us quickly. We felt that he represented our interest and offers properly to the Vendors and gave us honest feedback. Phil also has assisted us after the sale with renting and introductions.
