Non-pushy agent led to good experience
I looked at a few of the houses Chris was showing over a 2-month period. Initially I was more interested in other houses and Chris was never too pushy about his houses and always friendly and open. When the other houses I was interested in fell through and I decided to make an offer on one of Chris' houses, Chris worked with me very well to get my offer accepted and signed within a few hours. A good process and a great outcome.

very helpful and experienced in selling property in our street.
Chris negotiated a great sale at auction. He suggested two stylists to help prepare our home for open houses and eventual sale. He reported back by phone and by email after all the open houses, and was supportive on auction day. He advised as to offers and likely price and was accurate in his assessment of the market. He had sold many houses in our street so knew the area well. He and his staff were always on time and opened up before the due time and closed up and made themselves available to potential purchasers at other times.

From the first phone call, we knew Chris was the right person to sell our property. Together with Mark O'Brien, in our first meeting, both gentlemen demonstrated a wealth of knowledge of the Castlecrag/Northbridge market. They were genuine in the appraisal of our property, clear in the approach of the property campaign and just to great guys who made us feel at ease throughout the whole campaign. A level of professionalism in every interaction and a great level of support when we required to make decisions about anything (from styling tips to providing great trades people like Hamish). Chris was very attentive and genuine to his word, always providing calls straight after each open house and very honest in the assessment of potential buyers for our property. Though the end result was below our expectations, Chris at every stage did everything possible to get us a good result and we are grateful to him for achieving the sale of our property. Chris and his team at R&W are great to deal with
After a long search for nearly 6 months, we have recently bought our new place from Chris earlier this month. Chris is patient, friendly and helpful. We have inspected many of his properties, and he and his team keeps in constant touch with us, and constantly looking out for what we want and not pushy. Once we found the property, Chris got on with it and help us and vendor to close out and it was an easy transaction. It was refreshing with Chris, as there was no silly games involved which We have unfortunately experienced with many other agents. Thank you Chris.
