Northbridge is a small market - and getting quality information from usual sources (onthehouse) is difficult as the house pool size is often not large enough to for the data to be valid. Testing an agents responses vs the data is just not possible, or easy, as with our suburbs. So its hard to buy in this market when you are even at MORE information disadvantage than usual with property. I found Chris and his team to be very honest. At the open houses, I'd listen to him explaining issues to prospective buyers and he was always consistent and informative. He said from the very first conversation that the house was exceptionally well priced and would definitely be sold - and it was - but even in a hot market in a tightly held suburb, I have some comfort that the Chris and the team where honest with all their dealings with us.

There are few agents of this calibre - Chris has great local knowledge and truly represents his vendors' interests. He provided excellent advice and help in preparing the property so that it presented at its best, coordinating with tradespeople as required and ensuring that the work was done well and efficiently. His communicated with me throughout the whole process from first contact, through preparation, and then in the on-market period and negotiation phase. Chris responded fast when I phoned and took the initiative in making sure he kept me up to date with all developments.
