We purchased our unit in 41 Harold Street, North Parramatta on 1996 through Richardson and Wrench and after a period of living there, leased the unit each year from 2002 until 2025 using R & W as our agent. During this time they always acted professionally as intermediaries between ourselves as landlords, and the tenants. Now, over 20 years later when we decided it was time to sell, we entrusted the whole sale process to be overseen by Rocco, who has justified our complete trust in him and his professionalism.
