Excellent, proactive and knowledgeable agent
Rocco assisted in helping me purchase a unit recently. I originally missed out on a unit I was hoping for and he had kept me in mind and contacted me about an off market property. He was so patient and helpful in showing me the property several times, always super responsive, empathetic and patient with all my questions. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

We are very happy to express our appreciation of the services provided by Richardson and Wrench, and Rocco Ranieri in particular. We purchased our unit in 41 Harold Street, North Parramatta on 1996 through Richardson and Wrench and after a period of living there, leased the unit each year from 2002 until 2025 using R & W as our agent. During this time they always acted professionally as intermediaries between ourselves as landlords, and the tenants. Now, over 20 years later when we decided it was time to sell, we entrusted the whole sale process to be overseen by Rocco, who has justified our complete trust in him and his professionalism. In conjunction with him and a contactor he had recommended, we elected to undertake numerous renovations of the unit to present the property for market which resulted in a quick sale at a very satisfactory price. We felt highly confident throughout the whole process and our complete trust in Rocco and the contractor he recommended, was well rewarded

Great result in a short time frame
Rocco and his team were on top of everything in the sales process. They were efficient and were contactable throughout the process. Rocco explained the process, offered suggestions, listened to our concerns and worked hard to achieve the result. Best of all he and his team kept us up to date with what was happening. They were very prompt with feedback. I would use him again and recommend is team for selling properties .We appointed Rocco on 3.11.2025 and the property sold within 4 weeks. Settlement was negotiated and suits both parties . A great job.

Superbly Professional
From beginning to end we were fully informed along the way and kept uptodate with open homes & interested parties right up to auction day. No bull and straight talking doesn't tell you want you want to hear but what the market is saying to him. But what else would you expect from an Agent that has been dealing with Parramatta and surrounding areas all his life. Rocco and his team at Richardson & Wrench Parramatta don't disappoint!!
