Pest control is an URGENT Need

I had one main issue with the property since i moved in. Before moving in it was a good interaction and was happy with the agent but as soon as i stepped inside the house i found alot of cockroaches roaming inside the house for which i was assured at the time of inspection that it will be resolved and the pest control has been done already so dont worry about it. I was like okay that sounds good then. But to my disappointment it wasnt resolved before i was handed over the keys. I immediately reported about the urgent issue i had and was given Job Request number for a week. Then i contacted them today (1 week later) and then suddenly i get a call from the Pest Control people that we are scheduling to come in after like 10 days. And i have been already waiting for 1 week to get this resolved as i showed my disappointment when i requested for an urgent resolve of this issue. I was waiting to review the agent so i can see how they handle my urgent request and to my surprise i was left disappointed. I wish i had positive reviews about the real estate.

When our team took over the management of the property, we were advised by the owner that the pest control work had already been completed by the previous managing agency. After receiving your concerns, we investigated immediately and found that the quality of the work was not up to standard. To ensure the issue was properly addressed for you, we contacted the original pest control company and arranged for them to return and complete the job correctly. Often in our industry we utilise a team of trusted trades and they work closely with us in order to complete jobs in a timely manner, unfortunately the original work was not completed by our usual preferred supplier, without that relationship in place we are more or less left waiting for a resolution along with you and we are sorry for this. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and are committed to ensuring a comfortable living environment for all our tenants.
