We have had an excellent experience leasing our properties through R&W Elite Group, Rooty Hill. The team, specifically Melissa Pavleska has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us as an owners & tenants. What impressed me most was how quickly they were able to rent out the property. Within short period of listing, they conducted inspections efficiently, and presented several quality tenant applications. Rather than simply finding the first available tenant, they carefully screened applicants and secured reliable long-term tenants who met all the right criteria. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I received regular updates on inspections, applicant feedback and leasing process, which gave me confidence that my property was being managed professionally. I highly recommend their service to any property owner looking for a proactive, trustworthy, result driven real estate agency. Their ability to secure quality tenants quickly made the entire experience stress free.

I had an excellent experience working with RW. They provided great advice and a smart strategy that helped rent out my house within just one day on the market. Their knowledge of the rental market and professional approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care for the property. They went above and beyond by helping with small but important things like emptying the bins, arranging lawn mowing services, and getting quotes to fix electrical issues at my investment property. Their helpfulness and dedication gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate agent.
