I would like to extend my gratitude to David our estate agent. His professionalism and expertise showed throughout the process and dedication, he kept us informed of anything that has to do with the sale. It's obvious his negotiation skills and experience helped. I would recommend David any time thank you for a great job.

Roy has patience and I found he works on the best interest of the client. There was once a point where he asked me to NOT accept buyer's demand to reduce price further. He could lose his sale, but he considered the fact that I had been patient and flexible in negotiation. Roy also has very good knowledge of the local area and what is happening in the market. Roy handled it very well. Thanks again to Roy and his wonderful team. I would recommend him to anyone.

We’ve met Roy 2018 when we were looking for our first home to purchase and all went well. Fast forward to 2023 and we will be selling our first home as we are upgrading. He gave us lots of options, he is transparent with the costs and ways to improve the sale, he is hardworking, genuine when talking to us. We were able to sell our home hassle free within 2 days after the initial viewing. :) He is expert in everything Rooty Hill! :) Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a wonderful experience to sell our home through your real estate, we found Roy very professional, prompt and down to earth. You Simplified things for us, and yourself and your team made it an enjoyable time that’s usually a stressful time. Don’t look anywhere else as you will waste your time with other real estate agents. Trust me !!!!
