Kelly and Holly in property management team have attended to any issues I’ve had within a prompt and extremely compassionate approach. I am so happy with everything in my lease agreement, there was some repairs to be done in the process and they took in consideration of everything I needed to make this place my new home that I feel comfortable in. I am definitely keen on staying here for a while now and really looking after the condition of the place like it is my own. Very grateful for having property managers that are so sincere and dedicated to their work, they value building that trust and relationship between the tenant need’s and landlord’s needs. Kayla, many thanks for going above and beyond last week. I was attending my property to carry out a maintenance request and found the toilet was again blocked after a plumber attended one week earlier. I called Richardson and Wrench and was immediately forwarded to Kayla. She was immediately on the case and had the plumber reattend quickly and this time they completed the repairs correctly. As all Landlords know, as our properties get older they require more repairs and having a property manager who is always prompt, respectful and diligent makes dealing with these issues easy and stress free. We have appointed and worked with Kayla as our agent from W&R Rooty Hills and absolutely was the excellent Choice and decision. Kelly Cassar did an fantastic job at repairing my property after prior tenants damaged the property and left. All the repairs and maintainence was managed and undertaken in a timely manner. She found new tenants with good rental history to re-tenant the property. She assisted with any damage and insurance claims and went above and beyond to do her job. Highly recommended agent. Happy with R&W as my property agent.
