Kelly Cassar did an fantastic job at repairing my property after prior tenants damaged the property and left. All the repairs and maintainence was managed and undertaken in a timely manner. She found new tenants with good rental history to re-tenant the property. She assisted with any damage and insurance claims and went above and beyond to do her job. Highly recommended agent. I’m so happy my apartment was leased out and for the price I wanted. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Kayla walked me through the applications that she received to lease my apartment and throughly checked references. Kayla also did her research before our initial meeting, had all the information I required to lease out my apartment and also had done a compare of other properties for lease in the area and worked out what rent other properties where asking for.
