Roy was right on the money! He was very punctual during the whole process. The communication regarding the sale from start to finish has been extremely helpful. This is was first sale of a property for myself and very nervous and having no knowledge of what to do, Roy explained everything to me at ease and took control of everything required.

Roy and his agency recently managed the sale of my late father's home. A more professional and attentive person you couldn't possibly meet. Nothing was too difficult an ask for him. All repairs that were required to have the home ready for sale were arranged, managed and carried out by him and his team of tradespeople immediately. He went above and beyond my expectations in all areas. He achieved an excellent result for my family and I. His agency and him are first class.

Roy made the sales process extremely easy. I've worked with many real estate agents but Roy has been the only one who has provided a consistently high level of service from beginning and past end of the sale. He also delivered great results and we're over the moon that we found him. I'll definitely be using Roy for future real estate services!

Happy to talk anytime & no question was to silly. Ran a few open homes & gave good feedback as to working out who was a serious buyer. Yvonne then suggested to change the time of open home & gained more interest in the property. In the end got the price I wanted above market.
