Richardson & Wrench at Roots Hill have managed my investment property in the Mount Druitt area for over 10 years. They have done this impeccably over this period with appropriate skill and knowledge so I have never once had need to question their management. These people are professional, yet very friendly and approachable, and highly trustworthy, so you can be sure that any property they manage is in good hands.

I have been working with Richardson & Wrench Rooty Hill since 2011. I originally purchased from them, which was an easy process, and they have been managing my property ever since. I've worked with many property managers over the years and the team at R&W Rooty Hill stand out (Rachelle, Shane and Naz). There's always going to be issues in managing properties and it's the way they deal with these issues that set them apart. They have always been responsive, easy to deal with, proactive, effective and know their business. In 2013 I moved another property over to them to manage because the gap between the competency of the two agencies that I was using was large, and I haven't looked back. Keep up the good work.

I am very happy at the way this agent handled the advertising and tenant selection of my rental property. I am impressed of the reports I am given shortly after each open house.
