Can't say enough good things about Dave. We had never sold a home before as it our first home. Dave explained the whole procedure with us, so knew exactly what to expect. Service was exceptional. We were away for most of the process, and Dave was very professional with the organisation and quality of advertising etc. and always keep us in the loop with progress of sale. Dave and his team went above and beyond - can't recommend highly enough! He fosters good relationships with everyone he works with. Proof in the quick sale of our home. The full package!

In the real estate industry, if you have Yvonne by your side you don't have to worry about anything. Her negotiation and communication skills and market knowledge are so powerful. Buying or Selling a house is not like Retail market experience; However, with Yvonne that process is so damn easy and smooth that you can sleep at night peacefully. She is not a professional agent any more for us, she is kind of family friend who understand and listen carefully and help us any way she can. Incredible Stunner !! :)
