In the real estate industry, if you have Yvonne by your side you don't have to worry about anything. Her negotiation and communication skills and market knowledge are so powerful. Buying or Selling a house is not like Retail market experience; However, with Yvonne that process is so damn easy and smooth that you can sleep at night peacefully. David had a difficult sale with this being a deceased estate and the executors not on speaking terms. He was always polite and informative with me in our conversations. He always kept me informed on all aspects of the sale of this property. Never having owned property or sold property before, I would say that David was extremely professional at all times and would recommend him to any other clients needing to sell their property.
