Smooth and stress-free experience

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience renting out our property. Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Communication was excellent — we were always kept updated whenever there was any progress or anything we needed to know, and whenever we had a question or needed to get in touch, they were always quick to respond. The whole process was much easier and smoother than we expected, and we’re extremely happy with the service we received. We really appreciate all the help and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.

If communication and transparency is non existent rhat affects the landlords not the real estate.

I flew down to Sydney from QLD to view a property and the PM was very welcoming and easy to talk to. You get a feel of how your future experience will be with the real estate agents at first impression, and I think alot of the time agents forget that they represent not only the business with their attire and communication skills but they also represent the owners of the property who require best fit for their home. I have been to viewings for myself family and friends and experienced some of a negative experience. My experience with Richardson & Wrench have been very positive. Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a real estate team that genuinely values clear communication and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate experience.
