I flew down to Sydney from QLD to view a property and the PM was very welcoming and easy to talk to. You get a feel of how your future experience will be with the real estate agents at first impression, and I think alot of the time agents forget that they represent not only the business with their attire and communication skills but they also represent the owners of the property who require best fit for their home. I have been to viewings for myself family and friends and experienced some of a negative experience. My experience with Richardson & Wrench have been very positive.
