Being renters unfortunately we sometimes feel like the bottom of the barrel but not with Christine, she is friendly very knowledgeable and makes you feel just as important as an owner of a property. I’d like to share a fantastic experience with Christine look after my property and I would highly recommend her. Christine is not only extremely experienced, with deep professional knowledge, but she treats her clients with kindness and warmth. Christine works very hard and goes above and beyond to support me, always in a prompt and efficient manner. She has always been patient and attentive to all my requests, needs and concerns. It's so touching whenever I receive an email or call from her even after working hours, as there have been many times where she has used her own personal time to reach out to me for discussion after open house inspection, or to provide relevant information/clarification. I actually had the pleasure of having Christine as my property manager a few years prior. After finding her at Richardson & Wrench, I was so happy to have her looking after my property again.

Hi, this is the easiest real estate I’ve dealt with. Everything was communicated well, easy exchange, takeover, everything was clear. If there was any questions, they were answered quickly and just a real nice quick easy process to rent. The staff were great especially Christine. She was amazing.
