Lucy and Dave have been on top of their job finding a new tenant proactively communicating with us. Lucy is assisting prepare the property for the new tenants without us having to be on site to liaise with cleaners and new curtain suppliers.

The team have been wonderful. They were in constant communication with me to finalise our application and send it off to the landlord. They were so helpful especially since we had been applying for over a year with no luck anywhere. We were so happy to receive the phone call that our application was approved and Kate was extremely helpful when it came to finalising our home to rent. She was patient with us as we wanted to view the home again and allowed us time to discus and make a final decision. We also had some requests for a few things to be fixed around the home, concerning the safety of our children, Kate was on to it straight away.
