Sold on first viewing, Professional and second to none.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank David Frendo for the sale of my mother’s property. I have known David and his family for over 30 years and he has extensive knowledge of the local area and is very well respected in the community. I have always known David to be trustworthy and honest and I had no hesitation in asking him to sell my mother’s house. From day one Dave gave us a realistic expectation of our sale price in a tough market. He managed to sell our house on the first viewing and he worked late into a Saturday night to secure the sale and sold higher than our asking price. Dave kept me well informed the whole way through the sale. He is a true professional, very well presented and second to none. I would like also to thank Kayla Welsh for assisting in the sale and the whole R&W team for their support. The leading agent in his area, without a doubt.
I had initially chosen David to market my property because as an experienced builder, I had seen him as the leading agent in my area and surely enough I was not disappointed when it came time to actually deal with him. When I met him, I only had to spend 20 minutes with the man before I knew my decision was right and I immediately signed his contract to sell my property. David then went on to bring me an exceptional offer after only the first inspection, and this was negotiated for a few days before I had signed the contract for sale as a satisfied client. From my years of experience in the property market, buying and selling and dealing with several different agents and agencies, I would highly recommend anyone selling in St Clair and surrounding suburbs to opt for David as he will bring you the best service possible.

My experience with Chris Saleh couldn't have been more Professional & friendly
This is the 2nd home Chris has sold for me in the past 3 years, the first being the home of my late Parents and this being the home my 3 girls have only ever known for the past 26 years. I can honestly say Chris goes way above and beyond to help make the sale as smooth and understandable as possible. nothing at all seems to be a problem. Chris has even gone out of he's way to help me in my search for a new forever home which i can't thank him enough for. Excellent Experience
I cannot speak more highly of Chris and how happy we are with how the sale of our home went! He invested a lot of time into us in a very short time, showing us comparison sales and giving us thorough knowledge of the value of our home! The property launch process Chris uses was very much a success with the selling of our home, having a extreme amount of enquiry and a very positive result in just one open home! Communication from Chris was amazing, receiving daily updates in regards to enquiries made and real estate reports. He was always very professional and was happy to help with any questions we had.
