As a buyer I went to a number of open homes. We were cashed up buyers looking to take our next step, but just couldn't catch a break though.. every open home we went too... every agent we spoke too.. all the same! Most of other agents were rude and obnoxious. Chris however, took the time to speak with us. He gave us the time of day. Anyone selling a property should atelast allow Chris the opportunity to sell their home because of how he is able to deal with the buyers. If the buyers struggle with the agent then the vendor will struggle to sell the home. Chris will definitely be their when I go to sell my new home in the years to come. Thanks for everything Chris.
