Super friendly, accomodating and knowledgable
Chris made my fiance and I as first home owners feel confident in the entire process, he was quick to answer all the questions we had and accommodated our requests or queries so quickly and in a way that we could understand. He had our best interest at heart and we really felt supported along the way. Would recommend Chris to anyone purchasing or selling their home.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Easy to Deal with
Considering that we live in Queensland, David was able to help us with with all aspects of the sale of our property in St Clair NSW. David had good market knowledge and guided and recommended us with solutions on the sale process including pricing, photos, advertising, inspections etc. He also provided us with regular updates and was able to sell the house within the price range we had set. Finally, David made the process efficient & effective and was a pleasure to work with.

I know The price is little high because the land was less than 500 square metres
The real estate guy Yvonne was patient so she can sold it on that price At first time I like the property but I told my wife we have to wait to change the price At the second time when I talked to Yvonne I told my wife we can not change the price Because Yvonne I used to real estate guy for 20 years and I know the person Who I talked with 😉 (Yvonne) so I bought it

Exceptional Service

Smooth and quick process
As a buyer I went to a number of open homes. We were cashed up buyers looking to take our next step, but just couldn't catch a break though.. every open home we went too... every agent we spoke too.. all the same! Most of other agents were rude and obnoxious. Chris however, took the time to speak with us. He gave us the time of day. Anyone selling a property should atelast allow Chris the opportunity to sell their home because of how he is able to deal with the buyers. If the buyers struggle with the agent then the vendor will struggle to sell the home. Chris will definitely be their when I go to sell my new home in the years to come. Thanks for everything Chris. Very professional with real personal touch.
Very easy to talk to. Went beyond expectations. Made the process less painful than expected. I had dealt with other agents in the area but once I met Yvonne her passion shone through and I knew she was the agent for me. My house sold in two weeks on second offer thanks to her going beyond and above the call of duty.
