Smooth and quick process
As a buyer I went to a number of open homes. We were cashed up buyers looking to take our next step, but just couldn't catch a break though.. every open home we went too... every agent we spoke too.. all the same! Most of other agents were rude and obnoxious. Chris however, took the time to speak with us. He gave us the time of day. Anyone selling a property should atelast allow Chris the opportunity to sell their home because of how he is able to deal with the buyers. If the buyers struggle with the agent then the vendor will struggle to sell the home. Chris will definitely be their when I go to sell my new home in the years to come. Thanks for everything Chris. Very professional with real personal touch.
Very easy to talk to. Went beyond expectations. Made the process less painful than expected. I had dealt with other agents in the area but once I met Yvonne her passion shone through and I knew she was the agent for me. My house sold in two weeks on second offer thanks to her going beyond and above the call of duty.

Couldn't ask for a better agent! Would Highly Recommend
Upon first meeting Chris he was very down to earth, professional and most importantly very knowledgable about the St Clair/ Erskine Park area. He showed us all similar homes sold in the area for the past 3 months and gave us a very clear realistic expectation of our homes value. Like any seller we wanted as much as we could get for our home especially after extensive renovation and Chris was more than supportive which is rare. Chris was very professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted, organising beautiful photos that showed off the best of our home and giving us almost daily updates on interest being generated online and through their database of potential buyers. We were amazed at the amount of potential buyers that attended out first open home and after a very nervous few hours, in the end Chris came back to us with multiple offers and was able to deliver the price that we wanted which was more than even he expected. I honestly don't think we would have achieved such a amazing result going with any other agent. I would highly recommend Chris to friends and family and to anyone looking to sell their home. We will definitely know who to call if we ever need to sell a home again. Thank you Chris for all your hard work and kick starting the next chapter of our lives!
