Very reliable & efficient!
The reason we are buying the apartment from Nick is we feel he didn’t rush us or turn us down right away (when we were asking for an unreasonable price). He was considerate of both seller and buyer and made sure that all parties were taken care of. We could always get in contact with him and that added an extra level of security for us in the purchasing process. Very reliable, efficient & patient! Highly recommend!

Credible Agent
Nick Atanasovski has a very measured approach to property sales. He is in touch with local trends and along with Vicki the R & W Office Manager was always a pleasure to communicate and deal with. Professional at all times. There were no dramas and the sale of my Mother's unit went through without a hitch. We were happy with the price achieved. Great Agent
Man of his Word! I am based in China and I was burnt trying to sell my property via Auction with a predominately auction agent. Great all round service!
I first met Nick a few years ago when he was selling the apartment I was looking to purchase. It was my dealings with Nick as a buyer that led me to contact him again when it came time to sell the apartment, and I'm glad I did. It was several months between when we decided to sell our apartment and when we were actually ready to put it on the market, throughout this time Nick was always available to give his advice and answer any questions we had. Throughout the actual sale campaign Nick was open and honest about what we should expect. always kept me updated and let me know how negotiations were going with various prospective buyers and what In the end, Nick achieved a result higher than our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and his assistant Vicky, to anyone considering selling.
