Nick was fantastic in helping us buy our next home. Nick always had time to help and explain to myself as a nervous seller. He was available all hours to ring back with answers to my queries even on his holidays and birthday weekend! The higher price I was able to obtain was due entirely to his high communication and negotiating skills, local market knowledge and genuine honest, human nature. He was ably assisted by the competent managerial and backup staff in his office. He was chosen out of the local agents as the sole agent to submit a professional and competitive sales agenda.
