I went to Josh very undecided if I wanted to purchase my first house or buy a block of land and build my first home. Josh sat down with me and went through both options weighing up everything and help me with my decision. He investment time in myself making sure it was exactly what I wanted. He was not pushy and didn’t pressure me. I couldn’t have asked for better service and honesty from Josh. I highly recommend Josh and the Right Choice Real Estate team if you are looking to buy or sell

It was a good move to choose Right Choice with selling our property. We thought it would take maybe a month or more to sell during the Covid-19, how wrong we were, it sold in 10 days. Couldn’t be more delighted everything ran smoothly and having private viewings is far better than open house. We will definitely use Anthony and his team again

We entered the property market to purchase a home just prior to the corona pandemic and when it began it lead to unthinkable delays on finance application slowing the whole buying process. This put a lot of extra stress on us but Josh was in contact regularly , remaining calm and helping us with his professional advice.

This was our first ever home purchase & Mark was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He knew exactly what he was talking about & was able to help us get our first home at such a reasonable price. He was so kind & easy to get along with also.

I have known Mark Climo for over twenty years and have used his services on multiple occasions over this period of time. His thorough knowledge of the local real estate market, combined with his excellent sales techniques, honesty and exceptional communication skills has always allowed us to achieve a very desirable outcome on the many properties he has sold for us. The best part about him is that not only has he sold the properties in a relatively short time but more often than not, he has achieved the list price or very close to it. I will continue to strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a very professional, honest real estate agent.

Mark is a genuinely nice man he is very knowledgeable about real estate Our dealing with him were without doubt excellent. He was always on time for our meeting and gave us an honest evaluation of our property. When he explained what we would likely obtain for our property he was spot on, he did not give us any unrealistic expectations. We believe he worked very hard in our interests to obtain a sale for us. The property was sold in a very quick time during an unusually hard time for everyone going through these unprecedented times we are living in. We would recommend Mark to anyone who want to either buy or sell a property, l don't know how long he has worked in this industry but his knowledge is excellent. When you meet Mark for the first time he puts you at ease, you can just feel you have made the right decision letting him handle your property. As l have said l would and will recommend Mark to all of my friends and family. He is a true gentleman, and l can not thank him enough.
