We first approached Mark to view a listing in Calderwood and he went out of his way to show us a couple of recently completed homes in the area so that we could compare styles and layouts and had plenty of options. Within a week we had fallen in love with a property and Mark encouraged us to table an offer that was favourable to both us and the vendor which was accepted. Then Mark organised literally everything for us from a solicitor to a blinds provider and even liased with our bank, the whole process was so much easier than I could have ever imagined especially being first home buyers.
