Josh handled the sale of my property very professionally. He would always give great advice when things didn’t go as planned. We got very nervous when everything started closing due to the virus but Josh was alway realistic and approachable though out the whole sales process. I recommend Josh to anyone looking at buying or selling in the future

Josh was great at helping us find a property that we loved. He was always quick to respond to our queries and even made it easy for us to view the property after hours. We liked that he was just honest and straightforward with his answers.

Josh contacted us after a consultation and advised us of a property going onto the market that met our budget and requirements. He arranged an early viewing and we were able to secure the property before the first open house. In terms of communication he would answer your call or text if he was busy. He did not bullshit and I really valued his honesty.
