Thanks to his background in construction and development, Chris has a level of practical experience and intuition that’s rare to find in a real estate agent. After joining the River team over a decade ago, Chris worked alongside the Founder, his mother Joan Latter, before taking the reins in 2017. Now, he not only provides guidance and direction to the team, he’s also River’s lead sales agent – with one of the strongest track records in the entire Hunter region. While Chris loves the challenge of matching buyers to their perfect homes, he also thrives on the many challenges that come with leading a team. In his eyes, culture is everything, and he’s worked hard to make River a place where everyone’s unique personalities and skills are not only welcomed, but celebrated. And with grand plans for River’s future, there’s certainly never a dull moment in his average day. Favourite part of the week… “Weirdly, I love Monday mornings. We start the week with a team meeting, where we all get together in the office and talk through what happened on the weekend, and what’s coming up. It’s a great chance to catch up and set the tone for the week ahead.” Best day ever… “It’s hard to say – but probably the day I met my amazing wife Brydie. It was at the Morpeth Jazz Festival, and I’d been roped in to deliver a fridge to her new unit by her brother. Kristy Resevsky, a highly skilled sales agent who was born and bred in the Hunter. Kristy built her career working for several leading national and local agencies, starting her real estate career in 2005, before establishing her own business in 2022. While she’s gained experience across Australia, Kristy is a local girl at heart, and her knowledge of the area is second to none. With her independent spirit and drive, Kristy was inspired to start her own business to offer clients a genuinely personal property experience. Buying and selling property is a big life event for most people, and Kristy loves being there to support and advise her clients every step of the way. While she’s supported by a team who handle behind the scenes admin, Kristy manages every project personally – making the process smoother, simpler and tailored to you. Kristy takes pride in bringing polish to her marketing, and uncovering ‘invisible’ value in every listing. But don’t be fooled by her professional image – living on acreage with her horses and mini Dachshunds, she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty, and there’s no task too big, small or delicate for her to handle!

Bright, focused and determined, Maddison has quickly found her niche in property sales, working alongside River’s sales director Chris Henry. With a practical, mature outlook that belies her young age, Maddie plays a key part in the entire sales process, from handling enquiries to managing negotiations. As well as providing Chris with essential back-up, Maddie handles many of our buyer’s enquiries. She loves the challenge of working to understand just what clients are after, and hunting down just the right property to tick all their boxes.

With His role in Sales & Business Development, Chad’s job is very multi-faceted. One minute he’ll be working alongside Chris Henry and Maddison Woodward, finding potential purchasers for homes listed with River, and guiding these clients through the purchase process; the next, he’ll be checking out a potential business opportunity or development site. Fortunately, Chad has a background that’s just as diverse – after starting out as an accountant, he moved on to study a Masters in Marketing, before finding his niche in the sales and business development side of property. A member of the River team since September 2017, Chad brings a lot more to the party than just his skills and experience. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, he’s great at facilitating positive outcomes and making enduring connections within the River network and beyond. And with his down-to-earth, easy going nature, Chad’s also someone who’s easy to talk to, and genuinely nice to have around. Then there’s the matter of his very impressive moustache…!
