We were familiar with Hervey Bay but knew very little about the River Heads area and Kaleena was able to provide us with lots of local information that helped us make our purchase decision. There were some Council planning issues that required clarification and Kaleena was able to work through all of our concerns in a timely manner. She was consistently pleasant and polite and her responses to any questions we had were always prompt and helpful. She achieved a good result for both her seller and us, the buyer; not an easy task.
