Quick, no fuss sale at a good price.
Shane has extensive local knowledge and living locally means he is available at short notice to respond to enquires and to do inspections. His advice regarding pricing the property was spot on, unlike Hervey Bay agents quoting discounted prices. Certainly recommend if you are selling in River Heads or Booral to use the local agent, River Heads Property Sales.

Waited 7 years and then Shane sold the land in 3 days
The key to our sale was Shane’s list of purchaser’s looking for property at River Heads. Price achieved was acceptable to us. Shane really made a strong effort and thought outside normal parameters to bring Vendor and Purchaser together. Very happy.
