From the moment we met John, we felt very comfortable with his friendly approach. We were extremely impressed with his experience and ability to advise us about the process and made it less stressful. We were also very impressed with the way, the open house was advertised. The thing that mattered to us was the constant communication until the property was sold, and in the process, he reflected high level of professionalism and an eye to the detail which we hardly see dealing with many agents in the real estate industry. We liked the fact how he never insisted us in this difficult time of Covid-19 to sell our property at a reduced price. He respected the worth of our property and gave us honest advice about what the market was reflecting with presentation of all the data. He dealt the situation with very patience, keeping all safety restrictions in mind and kept his clients safe. It was a great pleasure doing business with him and his team. John was AMAZING. He really listened to what we were looking for in our new house. His communication is above any other agents iv met. We were constantly getting emails from John with updates on the market and the new house's coming to market. It actually felt like John was working for us. He was always getting us into houses to look at. He did have a house that was prefect and he helped us secure it. No other agents made us feel this understood and safe buying with them.

Unlike some RE Agents, John works personally very hard with his team for his vendor in ensuring he does not only rely on normal marketing strategies. Instead he really does use his skills, reputation and contacts to ensure his client's interests are number one priority. It cannot be a coincidence that 3 out of 3 properties placed in John,s hands within a 2 year period all sold within a week from contract, the price asked matched market expectations so we were very pleased. The communication is almost daily, even if nothing has occurred, and when it does there is priority to exchange and settle, he also treats buyers with respect and honesty.
